This book goes into a dark place and I loved it and I haven’t read anything before in these series. This book makes you question yourself as to how far would go and how much could you take. Seraphina life has been horrible but when she thought it was gonna get better it just went more south with no return. Anthony was once a respected Master in the community but when things changed and his former Courtesan he took a step back to reevaluate his life. Seraphina on the ledge ready to take her last and final act to get rid of the ugly standing on that ledge she knows this is how it’s gonna end. Anthony in his car waiting to cross the bridge when he see’s her standing on that ledge and he knows he has to stop that women. What Anthony and Seraphina don’t release this will be the turning point in their lives forever. After saving Seraphina he take her to his friend home until he figures out to get her the help she needs; but Anthony wasn’t ready for his inner Master to wake again with this helpless women he saved. But soon Anthony finds out Seraphina just not some regular lost soul she once was Courtesan trained by his friend but has lost her way in the life. Seraphina realizes she will never get away and in the home of her trainer and former Master she soon learns she right back from where she didn’t want to be. Anthony soon see’s they way to break her but he doesn't know how much more damage she can take. There's so much I’m leaving out of his dark twist happy ending story that you need to read to find out! Will they get the redemption they have been looking for?
