This was my first read for Stacey Kennedy and it was good. Tied to His Betrayal is a roller coaster ride of should we shouldn’t we and who spilling the beans with some hot steamy in-between. Taylor and Darius have complicated pass; Taylor is Darius younger sister (Allie) best friend and 5 years ago him and Taylor stared a relationship with a 5 year age gap and the relationship did not ended with Darius breaking her heart and his too. Darius set Taylor free so she could have a life that he couldn’t give her a life with no limits and for Taylor experience life that ever 19 year old should have; Taylor just ended up in bad relationships one after another and Darius try to fill the void of setting the only women who had him at his knees. Things changed when Taylor ends up at Allie’s door 5 years post breakup with her face beaten and bruised and Darius put’s the blame on himself for letting her go thinking she would find her way in life and someone to love her with no limits. He vows to her and himself that he will fix all the wrongs that has happened to her since they day her let her go to find a life of happiness and life of experience. Taylor not back to let Darius fix her she back to learn to be ok and she does not have to keep running from home because of Darius. With secrets coming out in the tabloids about Darius and friends and Taylors secret not too far behind can Darius protect her from them; will Taylor finally have the man she could never forget; will Darius learn to let Taylor in and let go and love?
