Ly Martinez has a way of sucking and having you wanting more and seating on the edge of your seat when you read her books. We get to read Ramsey and Thea’s spellbinding journey from the being when they meet as kids. Thea (16) and Ramsey (17) are making plans when the plans they had for their future are ripped apart and would see Ramsey spends the next 12 years in jail for seeking retribution on Thea’s behalf. Thea has hopes of starting over with Ramsey but that not what Ramsey has in mind. So many secrets so many lies around them. Will these 2 find there 2nd chance?
