This is my first read from Jamie Schlosser and will not be last. Casey’s and Jay story is such a feel good 2nd in life story but it wasn’t an easy road for either one of them. Jay meets Casey at a difficult point in both their lives. Casey is a pregnant teenager and discovered the truth about her boyfriend. Jay step in and gives her some cash to help her out after what happened to Casey boyfriend. But Jay going away for some time and the whole time Jay a way is spent worrying how Casey doing. Fast forward 2 years later Casey’s and Jay world come together again and Casey not that naive pregnant teen and Jay is not the man he once was. Can these two find solace in each other? This was a good read!
