Natasha Knight knocks it out the park every time for me; when I need dark gritty and mafia crazy world she gives it to me. This book consumed me in every way so emotional so much mystery. Emilia has a traumatizing past that she escaped from years ago and yet she is still dealing with the aftermath everyday of her life. Giovanni is the right hand man to a mafia king and seeking revenge. Emilia gets caught in Giovanni cross hairs because of her brother. Unable to bring his prey out Giovanni pulls Emilia in but Giovanni wasn’t ready for his attraction to be so strong to Emilia. Emilia thought she was hiding well enough but when Giovanni invades her life she knows she is on a time limit. The attraction between these two is instantaneous and very-very hot; the banter between these two is good. Can these two survive one and other? Can Giovanni keep Emilia safe? Can these two find piece with each other? So good just read!!
