This was my first read from Maria Macdonald and was really surprised how good this book was and the awesome playlist. It took me no time read this book it is so well written and flows so good by the end of this book you will feel like one of the family. Via and Isaac have grown up together and have always been there for each other; they have love each other just as long, but as they grew older things changed and circumstances have kept them apart not because they want too. Via and Isaac journey is heartbreaking and so many secrets that keeps you guessing what will happen next; this story is a wild ride of emotions at times you will yell at your kindle or book. Via and Isaac I knew nothing was going to be easy for them. Missed opportunities, misunderstandings and separation take their toll on not only their friendship but on them as individuals, it’s all about second chances! But when Isaac comes back he just doesn’t bring himself he brings the life he been trying to keel Via from and that life it not just gonna let Via be blind to who Isaac really is anymore. The slight taboo subject about cousins it really not bad once you get all the details (just saying, I’ve read worse); I can’t wait for the next book.
