Review: Ghost

Ghost Ghost by A. Zavarelli
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

*****5 Tortured Stars*****
A. Zavarelli has really outdone herself with this installment of the Boston Underworld series with dark hero, Alexei Nickolaev.
Ghost is the third book in the Boston Underworld series and it’s a tad darker the other two books in the series and I f**king loved it. I can’t decide who my favorite between the three; but right now I think Alexei is winning. Book one Talia goes missing and Mack is looking for answers; in book two she makes an appearance. Ghost picks up when Alexei is going to rescued Talia because Mack and Lachlan (Irish Mob Boss-book one Crow) ask for the his help finding her; when Alexei (Russian Mob Boss-one of the bosses) see her picture finding her is now is for his own agenda. Talia story id dark twisted and sad; she was sold by her than boyfriend as a sex slave this becomes her life for a year. Talia was already mentally and emotionally damaged before this; having to be a sex slave just intensifies her issues. When Alexei gets Talia to his home his plan for her is set into motion and Talia soon learns what it is. Talia learns that Alexei is a private man with so much mystery; he has been betrayed by people that are supposed to be his family that he can’t anyone and his past is just as dark as Talia. Alexei and Talia past have left them scarred and alone and feeling unworthy. This book is not a fairy-tale, this book will leave utterly ruined and scarred with them their story is soul gripping. I could not stop reading and when it was done I needed more so I went to on the site to see who next and nothing, so who next?
