Review: Catching Fireflies

Catching Fireflies Catching Fireflies by Terri E. Laine
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

****4 Fireflies stars****
Catching Fireflies is the second book in this series of standalone stories and is such a lovely story. Brie and Chance meet in the beginning of Freshman year and hit it off. Chance is on the football team, and working on his scholarship. Chance had his heartbroken by his high school girlfriend of 4 years and isn't really interested in dating or finding 'the one’ but Brie invading his mind and slowly becoming something else. Brie thinks of herself as more or less average especially when it comes to the way she looks that’s one of her insecurities; she has curves and is not super skinny and is taller than most. Trust becomes a big issue between Brie and Chance and after there fall out now 2 years later it still their. Now Chance is ready for Brie he willing to give her his heart to her; Brie has all her walls up and dating someone else and doesn’t want to just give in to Chance because she afraid that he will just stomp all over it again. Will Chance get his 2nd chance with Brie? Will Brie given in to her heart? Will Chance get his happiness? Chance and Brie what a love story what a beautiful second chance at love!!! It's a good read.
